I, David Christopher Bowden, Acting Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

1. Lochiel Farm Limited (company number 178820) was removed from the Register of Companies on 20 October 2014 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”); and
2. Mortgage No. 5650127.5, granted to Lochiel Farm Limited, as mortgagee, registered against Certificates of Title 585886, 585887 and SA1228/74 (each, South Auckland Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
