Under Section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Blackball Coal Mines Proprietary Limited:

Take notice that I, Gina Butson, Acting Treasury Solicitor, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the land in Computer Freehold Register WS13/344 being described as Part Section 3 Block II Mawheranui Survey District with an area of 5,453m², the registered proprietor of that reversionary interest being Blackball Coal Mines Proprietary Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in or about 1940.
