Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that Horticulture New Zealand (Incorporated) meets the criteria in section 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and that Horticulture New Zealand (Incorporated) represents the commercial process vegetable growers sector, consisting of all commercial process vegetable growers who are members of the Process Vegetables New Zealand affiliated product group of Horticulture New Zealand (Incorporated), for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
