Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the land in Computer Freehold Register CB27F/872 being described as Lot 2 Deposited Plan 48012 with an area of 156m². The registered proprietor of that reversionary interest being North-West Construction Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 10 June 1991.
