Pursuant to sections 11 and 14 of the District Court Act 2016 Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Lance Clifford Rowe, acting District Court Judge

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 25 April 2018.

Pursuant to sections 11 and 14 of the District Court Act 2016 Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

James Andrew Robert Johnston, acting District Court Judge

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 18 May 2018.
