Under Section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of O R Self Limited:

Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in part of the balance of remnant land in Computer Freehold Register NA957/256 being described as Part Allotment 22 Parish of Manurewa with a total combined area of 3,375m². The registered proprietor of that reversionary interest being O R Self Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 30 January 1991.
