Pursuant to section 101D(5) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 7 March 2018 by-election for a staff representative for the Amisfield School (1682) Board of Trustees and require a new election to be held on 1 June 2018.

The elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election remain in office until the close of 7 June 2018.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
