Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 October 2017, I, Thomas Hamilton Forster, Manager – International Connections, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited to provide for the airline to operate up to four return services per week with any aircraft type, and incorporate less onerous tariff provisions.

This variation took effect on 8 March 2018.
