I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

1. Carey Smith & Co Limited was removed from the Register of Companies on 8 January 2014 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (Act);
2. Dobson Bros Limited was removed from the Register of Companies on 8 June 2005 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Act;
3. Mortgage No. 5200931.2, granted to Carey Smith & Co Limited, as mortgagee, registered against Certificate of Title 68099 (Wellington Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act; and
4. Mortgage No. 52000931.4, granted to Dobson Bros Limited, as mortgagee, registered against Certificate of Title 68099 (Wellington Land Registry) has vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
