Pursuant to section 88 of the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 2017, I, John Crawshaw, Director of Addiction Services, designate Dr Tejpal Singh as the temporary Director of Area Addiction Services (Area Directors) for Bay of Plenty District Health Board, while Dr Sue Mackersey is on leave.

Dr Tejpal Singh is temporarily assigned to the Bay of Plenty District Health Board, as defined in Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000.
