Notice is hereby given that on 17 December 2018 Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of two 2009 Roadmaster B Train Trailers, Registration No. N985Z and N986Z, a 2002 Roadmaster SG2A-76B B Train Trailer, Registration No. 851AS, two 2000 Roadmaster B Train Trailers, Registration No. 1063T and 1064T, a 2005 Toyota Hilux Utility, Registration No. CNG555, a 2008 Toyota Hiace Van, Registration No. EGY946, a 2008 Kenworth K108 Truck, Registration No. JUL777 (now LBH201), a 1999 Roadmaster SG2A B Train Trailer, Registration No. 9111N and a 1999 Roadmaster SG3A B Train Trailer, Registration No. 9110N, following the default of the Mortgagor, M & J Haulage Limited, under its security agreements with the Mortgagee.
