In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(i) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of Mortgage 10321449.2 (Canterbury Land Registry), identifier 196824 (“Mortgage”):

To: Kevin Rex Nortman, 2 Merton Road, Fernside, Rangiora.

Heartland Bank Limited (3152425), the mortgagee under the mortgage, hereby gives notice that pursuant to an order of the High Court at Christchurch dated 13 July 2018, it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 9 August 2018.

An estate in fee simple in the property situated at 2 Merton Road, Fernside, Rangiora, being Lot 3 DP 347977, described in identifier 196824 (“Mortgaged Land”).
