Notice to Creditors

Pursuant to Section 35 of the Trustee Act 1956

Pamela Dawn McCarthy, named in the will as Pamela Dawn Coleman, the executrix of the estate of Gavin Ernest McCarthy who passed away on 14 December 2016, applied for, and was granted probate on 25 October 2017 in the High Court at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and resealed on 10 November 2017 in the High Court at Wellington, New Zealand.

All creditors of the estate will have 6 months from date of probate to lodge their claims against the estate.
