Daniel Austin Walley, liquidator of MEREDITH FASHION GROUP (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office as situated at: PPB Advisory, Level 7, 8 Chifley, 8–12 Chifley Square, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 26 March 2018.
