Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Companies Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Biju Surendran, liquidator of the above companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 21 December 2018.
