Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, and that it is now intended to remove the company from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 9 November 2018.
