Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is given that it is intended to remove ELWOOD VICTORIA LIMITED (in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register, which has its registered office at 128 Knowles Street, Christchurch, by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

Please note this solvent liquidation is part of a group restructuring following the sale of the business known as Victoria Food Service. This company is otherwise unrelated to the current owner of the business now trading as Victoria Food Service.

The date by which any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 5 November 2018.
