Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

We, Henry Martin van Dyk and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs, Dunedin, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 19 October 2018.

Please note that this liquidation is part of a restructure of this company which has at all times been solvent and has no known outstanding creditors.
