I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 318(1)(aaa) of the Companies Act 1993 on the ground that the companies do not comply with section 10 of the Act.

CHINA RAILWAY ZHONGJI NEW ZEALAND ENGINEERING BUREAU LIMITED
NZ ICT AND BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED
NZ ORTHOPAEDIC AND HAND SURGERY LIMITED
SAVINGS FUNDS LIMITED

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of the above companies are delivered to the Registrar by 18 September 2018, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.
