Notice of Application for Removal From the Register

The solvent liquidations of the above-named companies have been completed and the final reports have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), together with requests that the companies be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objections to the removals under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
