Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given of the intention to remove LOCATION (JERVOIS ROAD) LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

Any objection to the intended removal under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 23 July 2018.
