Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of TE KUKUMARA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Carter & Associates Chartered Accountants Ltd, 21 Garland Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1061, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 257(1)(a) of the Act with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal under section 321 of the Act is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by 31 May 2018 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
