Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 5766557, 6088316, 2113641, 1827692, 1791770, 1445359

I, Stuart Robertson, liquidator, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar the liquidator’s final reports on the liquidations of the above companies, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 February 2018.
