Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report on the above-named company has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 1 May 2018 (20 working days after the date of the final report).
