Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidations of the above-named companies have now been completed. The liquidators’ final reports and accounts pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 3 April 2018.
