Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 21 February 2018 at 9.00am (DUYVAN COMPANY LIMITED) and 12.10pm (CATERING LIMITED), and 27 February 2018 at 9.00am (UPPAL & BRAR ENTERPRISES LIMITED) respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 March 2018.
