THE PAEDIATRIC TRAVELLING TRUST
In the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry:
Take notice that the trustees of THE PAEDIATRIC TRAVELLING TRUST will apply to the High Court at Auckland on 7 February 2019 at 10.00am for approval of a scheme to dispose of the trust’s property to the Paediatric Society of New Zealand Incorporated, pursuant to section 32 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and to vary the trust deed establishing the Trust, pursuant to section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, by inserting a winding up clause to allow the trustees to wind up the trust effectively once they have disposed of the trust property. In essence, the trustees would be seeking to amalgamate the trust into the Paediatric Society of New Zealand Incorporated.
Copies of the application, the proposed scheme and the report of the Attorney-General may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland or the offices of the solicitors for the applicants, EY Law Limited, at the address for service below.
