CAMPBELL CONVALESCENT HOME TRUST
Take notice that the trustees of the CAMPBELL CONVALESCENT HOME TRUST will apply to the High Court at Dunedin on 26 February 2018 for an order varying the terms of the CAMPBELL CONVALESCENT HOME TRUST, created by the will of Robert Campbell dated 13 December 1904, as varied by application to the Supreme Court under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 dated 23 May 1969.
The scheme proposes to widen and refocus the purposes of the CAMPBELL CONVALESCENT HOME TRUST.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice in writing of his/her intention to do so to:
not less than seven clear days before the matter is due to be heard.
