Notice is hereby given that the following applicants have made an application to the High Court at Auckland for the approval of a scheme:

The applicants have commenced proceedings seeking approval pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 of a scheme under which all of the applicants will be amalgamated into NEW ZEALAND PLAYCENTRE FEDERATION INC.

The date set down for the hearing of the application is 25 June 2018 at 10.00am at the High Court at Auckland.

Any person desiring to oppose the application is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:

  1. the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland;
  2. THE NORTH SHORE PLAYCENTRE ASSOCIATION INC (whose address for service is Kidd Black Law, 416 Glenfield Road, Glenfield, Auckland (attention: Ken Davidson));
  3. the other applicants (whose address for service is Nielsen Law, Solicitors, Floor 3, Sentinel House, 586 Victoria Street, Hamilton (attention: Shaun Hoskin)); and
  4. the Attorney-General (whose address for service is at the Crown Law Office, Level 3, Justice Centre, 19 Aitken Street, Wellington (attention: Kim Laurenson))

not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date for hearing.
