Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MACQUARIE INVESTMENT SERVICES LIMITED (803096), being an overseas company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Australia, having its place of business in Auckland and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice of the overseas company's intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

The company will be removed from the New Zealand Register as a consequence of the above. The removal will not impact on the business carried on by any other Macquarie group company registered in New Zealand.
