Pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, J.P. MORGAN AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, an overseas company registered under part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, gives notice that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

J.P. Morgan Securities Australia Limited will continue carrying on business in New Zealand and has assumed all outstanding obligations of the New Zealand branch of J.P. MORGAN AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED.
