Pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, QBE INSURANCE (INTERNATIONAL) PTY LIMITED, an overseas company registered under part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, gives notice that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand. QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited will continue carrying on business in New Zealand and has assumed all outstanding obligations of the New Zealand branch of QBE Insurance (International) Pty Limited.
