Notice is given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CALLITECH LIMITED, being an overseas company incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

A notice will be delivered to the New Zealand Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand, and application for the removal of the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
