Notice of Cessation of Business in New Zealand

Take notice that it is intended to remove QMS ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED from the New Zealand Register, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Any objections under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
