Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

LLOYD’S REGISTER ASIA hereby gives notice pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand. The New Zealand based activities of LLOYD’S REGISTER ASIA have been taken over by Lloyd’s Register International.
