Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Cox, John Andrew Reginald, of Flat 4, 170 St Heliers Bay Road, St Heliers, Auckland, was adjudicated bankrupt on 23 November 2017 at the High Court at Auckland on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. Mr Cox traded as Blomkamp Cox Solicitors and carried on a business at 12 Auburn Street, Takapuna, Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 29 March 2018 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupt to make their claims.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
