Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Advertisement of Application for Discharge From Bankruptcy

This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2016:

  1. On 16 October 2018, an application for early release from bankruptcy was filed in the High Court at Auckland by Jacqueline Alexander (Pryor). Its reference number is CIV-2011-404-1693 and it is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006. The application is to be heard in the High Court at Auckland on 13 December 2018 at 10.45am.
  2. A creditor who intends to oppose the discharge of the applicant from bankruptcy on grounds other than those specified in the Official Assignee’s report must file and serve on the Official Assignee and the applicant a notice of the creditor’s intended opposition and the grounds of opposition not less than five working days before the hearing.
  3. The application, affidavit in support and the Official Assignee’s report filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006 may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Auckland or at the applicant’s address for service.
