This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2016:

1. On 15 October 2018, an application for discharge from bankruptcy was filed in the High Court at Auckland by Michael Gregory Reynolds. The application reference number is CIV-2010-404-5977. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 6 December 2018 at 11.45am.
2. A creditor who intends to oppose the discharge of the applicant from bankruptcy on grounds other than those specified in the Official Assignee’s report must file and serve on the Official Assignee and the applicant a notice of the creditor’s intended opposition and the grounds of opposition not less than five working days before the hearing.
3. The application and affidavit in support may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the applicant’s address for service.
4. The applicant is Michael Gregory Reynolds, whose address for service is Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland. The applicant’s solicitor is Mitch Singh, of Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland.
