Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Take notice that sealing of the order of adjudication of bankruptcy (B889337) dated 6 September 2018 for Gary Guan, of c/- Ruyi Granite, 371 East Tamaki Road, Manukau, is permanently stayed and the unsealed adjudication order has been recalled and rescinded by order of the Auckland High Court with effect from 1 October 2018.
