1. On 12 October 2016, an application for putting WORKING CAPITAL SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-2554. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 23 February 2018 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
