This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 October 2018, an application for putting JETCO WAIKATO LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2018-419-327. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 4 March 2019 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Logan Rattray Taylor and Robyn Billie Taylor (as trustees of the LR & RB Taylor Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Allen, Needham & Co. Ltd, Barristers, Solicitors and Notary Public, 52 Canada Street, Morrinsville. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Rod Needham, whose address is the same as the address for service.
