This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 December 2017, an application for putting PVC BUILDING SYSTEMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North. Its reference number is CIV-2017-454-98. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Palmerston North on Thursday 15 February 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
