This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 January 2018, an application for the putting of NZ MASTER FLOORING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-06. The application is to be heard by the court at Auckland on the 23 February 2018 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4.
