1. On 28 August 2018, an application for putting RETAIL GURU LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2018-419-260. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 19 November 2018 at 10.45am.
