This document notifies you that:

1. On 24 July 2018, an application for putting FIGUREX FRANCHISING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-1591. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 14 September 2018 at 10.00am.
