This document notifies you that:

1. On 17 July 2018, an application for putting FEATHERSTON RESOURCES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-1507. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 7 September 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Simon Jeremy Kember and Timothy Goodacre, whose address for service is at the offices of Gregory Simon Law, 88 Jervois Road, Herne Bay, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Gregory Simon, whose address is as noted above.
