1. On 22 November 2017, an application for putting P T HAULAGE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2017-485-974. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Wednesday 7 February 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
