This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 June 2018, an application for putting PEPE DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED (formerly trading as Thirsty Liquor Karangahape Road, now trading as The Bottle-O Karangahape Road) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-1136. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 3 August 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Tasman Liquor Company Limited (and its related parent company, Metcash Trading Limited) (trading as Tasman Liquor and Allied Liquor), whose address for service is c/- Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited, Level 4, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Catherine Louise Waugh, whose address is as noted above.
