This document notifies you that:

1. On 21 June 2018, an application for putting CAMERON BROTHERS HOSPITALITY LIMITED (trading as Sage Estate) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2018-485-443. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 31 July 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Wellington Wholesale Foods Limited (trading as Gilmours Wellington), whose address for service is c/- Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited, Level 4, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington 6011.
