This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 May 2018, an application for putting ELITE LIMITED (formerly ELITE RUBBER LIMITED, ELITE RUBBER MATTING LIMITED and ECO RUBBER INDUSTRIES LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-905. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 6 July 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
